Don't be a mess, de-stress workshop
Do you feel overwhelmed with your exams and can't calm your nerves? Then Don't be a mess, de-stress! and join us to the most calming workshop on 24/6 at 17:00. We will start off with a mindfulness workshop and QnA by Peter van Oorschot, followed by a unique de-stressing (beer) yoga session. Finally to make sure you remain calm throughout the rest of the exam period, students in Nijmegen will receive a free stressball!
