Website re-ordered

SPIn and the board had a workevening as the results of the small website survey, that was spread last year. Many webpages have been moved or restructured in order to make them easier to find and to reduce the number of headers. 

As a consequence, it can be that you have to get accustumed to the new locations of some webpages.

Some new pages will be filled with text soon™.
