If you missed the information meetings, here’s a quick overview of what to expect!

We will travel to Krakow by train from April 25th to May 2nd.  Our home for the week will be the Let’s Rock Party Hostel, located right in the city, perfect for exploring the vibrant heart of Krakow on foot. And if you feel too tired for that short walk, the hostel’s own bar is a great alternative :) The hostel will provide breakfast, and BOS will arrange either lunch or dinner each day so that no one will starve!

We’ll also head out on a beautiful hike to discover the nature surrounding Krakow. There will be plenty to explore, and plenty of green biologists from BOS ready to share interesting facts along the way.

To dive into Krakow’s rich culture, we will take you on a city tour. Expect charming buildings, lively squares and hidden gems that reveal the true character of the city.

And of course, we will visit the University of Krakow. It is always inspiring to see how fellow biologists engage with the study we all love. You can look forward to a campus tour, a short lecture, and possibly visits to some exciting departments.

As an optional activity, we also offer a visit to Auschwitz. This is an important historical site, nut if you’re not up for it, you will have free time to explore more of Krakow on your own pace.
